Jason is the CEO and founder of Yummy Jobs. Having completed a Management Training Program at The Walt Disney World Resort several years ago, he is a hospitality expert. Jason is also a co-founder of the FLIGHT Hospitality Group.

Alexis Smith
Managing Director

Alexis handles Marketing, Client/Candidate Relations and all the rest! She has had her own experiences of a J1 Program in the USA in her 20’s and 2 internships in Italy. She is driven by the Cultural Exchange elements which really help candidates develop the social skills that will kick start their careers and the rest of their lives!

Mark Lees
International Recruitment Manager | J1 Compliance Specialist

Mark joined the team in 2017 having previously completed five separate USA work programs; including the Disney Cultural Representative Program and the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort Program. He currently manages our range of Professional Intern & Trainee programs within the USA.

Lucy-Ann Huskisson
International Account Coordinator

Having completed the Disney Cultural Representative Program in 2013 - 2014, as well as two previous J1 programs in the USA, Lucy-Ann helps run the J1 Intern and Trainee programs along with the Disney Academic Exchange Program.
Hobbies - Writing, Photography, Reading and Travelling
Interests - Musicals, Escape Rooms, Shakespeare and Disney

Sally Barlow
International Recruiter

After participating in her Disney Cultural Representative Program (Historical Research Center) in 2017-2019, and two previous Disney Cultural Exchange Programs, Sally now looks after the recruitment for the Disney International Programs.
Hobbies - Travelling, movies, reading, Dapper Day, visiting Disney parks, and excessively quoting movies and vines.
Interests - Disney, musicals, history, historical/crime documentaries, Captain America and hummus.

Nickie Gordon
Swiss Education Group Academic Advisor
Nickie is the lead UK Academic Advisor for the Swiss Education Group, a Swiss Alliance of Hospitality Management Schools. SEG looks after 5 hospitality schools over 7 beautiful campuses, with a student body made up of 111 nationalities and 6,500 students.
Hobbies - Discovering new music, Collecting Coca Cola memorabilia
Interests - Anything to do with music, travel but most importantly my family
